The programme content as spread over the four modules is detailed below
Module A: Leadership Foundations
This module is designed to develop the foundations for management and leadership skills which are so critical for organizational success. The participants will be exposed to an assortment of various elements critical to a well-rounded exposure on leadership & business administration. This module will provide the education leaders with the fundamentals of best practice in leadership and provide tools and frameworks to help them acquire those skills. Module D: Leadership Dialogue
